At today’s session, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina approved the dismissal of the general director of Elektroprivreda Bosnia and Herzegovina (EPBiH) Admir Andelija and the entire management.
The Government has given consent to the Supervisory Board of the EPBiH for the dismissal of the General Director, it was confirmed by the Government of the Federation of BiH. As they stated, consent was also given for Sanel Buljubasic to be appointed as the new director of Elektroprivreda BiH.
As a reminder, today, due to the situation in the Zenica Brown Coal Mine, the Board of Directors of the Federation of Independent Unions of Mine Workers sent a request to Federal Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić for the immediate dismissal of the Management Board of Public Enterprise Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo.
The miners of Zenica stopped production on July 26, after the deadline for the payment of the June salary and the allowance for a hot meal for May had expired.
JP EPBiH, even after the urgency of the Government of FBiH, did not act according to the provisions of the Agreement, which the trade unionists signed on July 3 with the Management of RMU Zenica, and according to the instructions and guidelines from JP EPBiH.
