Hamza Alić won the bronze medal in Mersin

BiH athlete Hamza Alić won the bronze medal at Mediterranean Games in Mersin, Turkey, in discipline shot put, reports sportsport.ba

He achieved the result of 19.69 metres, while the winner was Spanish Borja Vivas Jimenez, and second ranked was Croatian Marin Premeru.

Alić is one of the best BIH shot putters who won the golden medal at European Indoors Championship.

Another BIH shot putter Kemal Mešić achieved the result of 19.60 metres and he ended fourth.
