Zoran Milanovic’s visit to Derventa two days ago and the awarding of the 103rd Croatian Defence Council (HVO) Brigade were followed by numerous harsh reactions from officials from Republika Srpska (RS).

Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) Presidency Chairwoman Zeljka Cvijanovic says that the awarding of decorations to the infamous HVO brigade does not contribute to reconciliation.

The President of the RS Milorad Dodik wrote on Twitter that Derventa was undoubtedly in the RS both before and after the visit of the President of Croatia, Zoran Milanovic and that the Croatian army in the RS was undoubtedly a loser.

Entity Prime Minister Radovan Viskovic said that Milanovic’sact of awarding was an unnecessary provocation.
