The Committee on Transport and Communications of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH) has scheduled a public hearing of the management of the BiH Air Navigation Services Agency (BHANSA) for today, January 20th.
The public hearing of BHANSA’s management has been scheduled in order for the Committee on Transport and Communications of the House of Representatives of the PABiH to obtain the necessary information on the work and operations of BHANSA.
“The purpose of the public hearing is to determine why the management of BHANSA, contrary to the Law on Parliamentary Oversight, refuses to attend the sessions of the Committee and why, even after formal requests, the Committee has not been provided with the requested materials on BHANSA’s financial operations and employees; furthermore, to verify whether BHANSA is acting in accordance with the Law on BHANSA, and to review the work and operations of BHANSA in the period from January 1st 2024 to November 26th 2025,” the hearing announcement states.
The decision to conduct a public hearing of the Director of BHANSA, Davorin Primorac, and Deputy Directors Sanjin Hadziomerovic and Tomislav Marinkovic was adopted at the 33rd session of the Committee on Transport and Communications of the House of Representatives, held on November 26th, 2025, the PABiH Public Relations Sector announced.
