Following the scandalous messages sent by Bosnian Ambassador to Serbia Aleksandar Vranješ, the Institute for Genocide Research Canada (IGK) has spoken out, calling on the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) to dismiss him.
“IGK reiterates its appeal to members of the BiH Presidency, Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirović, to immediately initiate the dismissal of BiH Ambassador to Serbia Aleksandar Vranješ,” the Institute states.
They emphasize that it is no longer possible to tolerate ambassadors working against their own country, which pays them well, and that the failure to dismiss them may show that indiscipline and disrespect for their own country are profitable, that they are becoming more important in the eyes of those who sent them, but also of the anti-Bosnian coalition that supports them in lobbying against the state of BiH.
“Ambassadors must not favor any political ideology or option, they should defend and strengthen the state of BiH. Such destroyers of the state of BiH are continuously sent to diplomatic positions such as Canada. Such ambassadors contradict their own state, which they do not actually recognize, and supposedly represent diplomatically”; IGK points out.
It is important to emphasize that no official has yet commented on the statements of the BiH ambassador to Serbia, who said that politicians from FBiH are shortening the life of BiH.
In addition, he reiterated that the unconstitutional 9th of January will continue to be celebrated in the BiH entity of Republika Srpska (RS).
