When we compare the latest data with the average price of new apartments sold last year, the average price is higher by 23 percent, the BiH Statistics Agency announced.
“The number of new apartments sold in the first quarter in BiH amounted to 627 and compared to the same period in 2021 is higher by 1.5 percent, and compared to the average number of sold new apartments last year decreased by 32.3 percent,” the Agency said .
The area of sold new apartments in BiH in the first quarter amounted to 34,314 square meters and compared to the same quarter last year increased by 0.3 percent, while lower by 30.8 percent compared to the average area of sold new apartments in 2021.
At the same time, the average monthly paid net salary per employee in legal entities in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the first quarter of 2022 amounted to 1,065 BAM.
According to the data of the State Agency for Statistics, the average monthly paid net salary in the first quarter of 2022 is nominally higher by four percent compared to the fourth quarter of 2021, when it amounted to 1,024 BAM.
The highest average net salaries in the previous quarter were in the financial and insurance activities – 1,629 BAM, production and supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning 1,585 BAM and the information and communication sector 1,529 BAM.
The lowest net salaries were with employees in the activities of providing accommodation, preparation and serving of food – 713 BAM, construction 770 and administrative and auxiliary service activities 820 BAM.
