ISIS claims Responsibility for deadliest Attack in Iran since 1979 Revolution

The terrorist organization ISIS has claimed responsibility for yesterday’s attacks in Kerman, Iran, in which 84 people died.

In a statement posted on Telegram accounts linked to the terrorist organization, it was stated that the terrorist attacks in Iran were a “suicide act”.

The announcement states that “more than 300 dead and injured were the targets of the attack carried out by two suicide bombers near the grave of Iranian General Qassem Soleimani in Kerman”.

At least two powerful explosions resounded yesterday on the road leading to the grave of Iran’s top general Qassem Soleimani​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ in January 2020.

Thousands of people gathered to celebrate the anniversary.

According to the latest data, 84 people were killed and 284 injured in the attacks.
