Ismail Zulfić, the paraswimming representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina won fourth place on Tuesday evening at the European Senior Championship in Portugal.
The 13-year-old representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina finished the final race in the 50-meter dolphin with a score of 40:64, thus setting a new personal and state record for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The gold was won by the representative of Ukraine (36:14), the silver was won by the representative of Spain (37:49), ahead of the Greek (38:60).
Thirteen-year-old Ismail Barlov also made a historic result for BiH at the European Championship in Madeira, who won the gold medal in the 50-meter breaststroke event on Sunday, the first day of the competition.
Barlov also performed yesterday in the 150-meter medley and won sixth place, and by the end of the competition of the best paraswimmers of the Old Continent, he will also perform in the 50-meter backstroke.
The European Championship in Madeira, Portugal takes place from April 21 to 27, Fena reports.
