Member of the BiH Parliament Delegation in the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly and the minister in the House of Representatives Ismeta Dervoz will present at the meeting of the standing committee of the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly a repot on the topic “Industrial Heritage in Europe” on 8 March in Paris.
Dervoz, as the first reporter in the history of BiH’s membership in the Council of Europe and member of the Committee for Science, Culture, Education and Media of the Council of Europe was named as the rapporteur for the topic “Industrial Heritage in Europe”.
Following the work with prominent experts in this field from Europe, BiH and countries in the region, Dervoz presented a report and draft resolution that was unanimously adopted at the January session of the annual session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe 10 months ago. After its adoption at the meeting of the standing committee on 8 March, this will become the official document of the Council of Europe.
The Ambassador to the Permanent Mission of BiH in Strasbourg Almir Šahović, in cooperation with 47 ambassadors of the countries in the Council of Europe said that in October of this year the topic “Industrial Heritage in Europe” would hold an exhibition that will follow the adoption of the report and resolution.
