Ismeta Dervoz Selected as First Vice President of Committee for Equality & Nondiscrimination of Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly

Deputy of the House of Representatives of B&H Parliamentarian Assembly and a member of the Permanent Delegation of B&H Parliamentarian Assembly to the Parliamentarian Assembly of Council of Europe Ismeta Dervoz was selected in Strasbourg as the First Vice President of the Committee for Equality and Nondiscrimination of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

Members of the European People’s Party, the largest political group of the Parliamentarian Assembly of the Council of Europe, in accordance with the mandate, proposed Deputy Dervoz for this position.

The Committee for Equality and Nondiscrimination of the Council of Europe unanimously supported this proposal.

The appointment of Dervoz in this position is the first appointment of one of the members of the Permanent Delegation of the B&H Parliamentary Assembly at the office of a committee of the Parliamentarian Assembly of the Council of Europe.

Since Monday, the Permanent Delegation of B&H Parliamentarian Assembly is participating at the regular winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe in Strasbourg, which will last until Friday, 31 January, announced the PR Office of B&H Parliamentary Assembly.
