Israeli Court Rejected Netanyahu’s Request To Postpone Corruption Trial

An Israeli court on Friday rejected Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s request to postpone his testimony in the corruption trial, after the United States (U.S.) President Donald Trump stated that the case should be dropped.

The District Court in Jerusalem, in a ruling published online, stated that “in its current form (his request) does not provide a basis or detailed justification for canceling the hearing.”
