The Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AFBiH) and the Armed Forces of the United Kingdom (UK) will hold joint training from October 29th to November 3rd this year, at the Combat Training Center of the AFBiH in Manjaca.
Namely, the joint training will include preparation for peace support operations with the use of simulation devices that will enable the soldiers of both countries to exchange experiences and cooperate closely, the BiH Ministry of Defense announced.
This is a routine military activity that takes place after the successful evaluation of units of the AFBiH that have been declared for NATO’s pool of forces planned for future peacekeeping operations.
The joint training is an upgrade of the UK’s previous support to the AFBiH in improving the capacities of the Combat Training Center in Manjaca, thereby supporting BiH’s commitment to contribute to international peace support operations.
