According to diplomatic sources announced unofficially, Moore will take over the Ambassador position of the Chief of Mission of the Organization for Stability and Cooperation (OSCE) in B&H. This American diplomat was observed during his position as the Deputy Ambassador, so he was promoted to the position of Director for the Balkans at the State Department in Washington.
Moore, despite this, did not stop dealing with B&H and accepted the offered position at the OSCE. More details on his return were not available.
