Judge Azra Miletić Suspended until Investigation Concludes

First Instance Disciplinary Commission of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BiH (HJPC BiH) decided today to temporarily suspend judge of the BiH Court Azra Miletić as of February 28 until the investigation concludes.

HJPC BiH stated that an appeal can be filed to this decision to the Second Instance Disciplinary Commission within three days.

Appeal does not delay the execution of the decision of the First Instance Disciplinary Commission of HJPC BiH.
