The pasta, waffles, tea biscuits, traditional dry cakes, tahan halva, integral flour and frosted products of Klas as well as Master, Kent and Oaza brands should be distributed in several thousand shops in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. The offer should, as well as the number of shops, expand in time.
“When will the first shipment from Klas go to Russia depends on the complex administrative procedure. Klas is ready to adapt to the demands of the Russian market. We expect that the greatest part of work will be related to the changing of the packaging and the necessary registration of the products.” – said Rusmir Hrvić, director of the company Klas d.o.o. Sarajevo.
The Russian buyers visited the production drives and saw the strict application of international standards for quality management.
“We were checking for a long time what are the biggest alimentary industries in B&H, whose capacities and production rules could satisfy our severe criteria. We did not came to Klas by accident. We know this is a company with tradition which bases its production on high quality and applies international standards of quality management (ISO, HACCP and Halal). We need a big producer of halal products with a rich experience in exporting and all the necessary certificates for exporting, and Klas has all that.” – pointed out the representatives of the distributing company from Moscow and added that they signed contracts on cooperation with two other companies in B&H.
By signing the contract with the Russian distributor of the halal food products the possibility to place organic food of the As group at the market opens as well.
