Kratkofil Plus will be held from 23 to 27 July this year in Banja Luka, and the deadline for submitting films is 7 April.
The submitted films may not be produced before 31 July 2012, cannot be longer than 20 minutes, have to be subtitled in English, and have to be available in HD digital video format to be shown at the festival.
The films can be sent through one of the following platforms: Online Film Festival and Submit Smarter Film Festival Life. The jury of the festival every year consists of internationally recognized professionals from the film industry, who will award the following prizes: Grand Prix for best film of the festival, award for best film in various categories, best regional film, and the audience award.
The focus of this year’s Kratkofil Plus is on the cinema of Sweden. Swedish director Sofija Priftis and Linus Hartin were awarded the Grand Prix of the festival last year for the film ‘The Noble Stud.
