Laikert and Karišik to Compete Today

On the seventh day of the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi, two B&H Olympians will compete, Igor Laikert and Tanja Karišik. Laikert will compete in the super-combined. In this discipline, he achieved the best result at the last two world championships, in Schladming (21^st place) and in Garmisch (23^rd place).

The race in the super-combination is underway, while the slalom begins at 12:30. This is Laikert’s second appearance in Sochi, after he won 44^th place in the downhill on Monday. Tanja Karišik will have her third appearance in Sochi today. A day after the race in cross-country skiing 10 km classic, she will compete in the biathlon 15 km individual. The race begins at 15:00 and will include 84 athletes.
