Inter coach Roberto Mancini contacted Bosnian representation player and Roma striker Edin Džeko and wants to bring him to his team, he is also ready to send Maura Icardy to Roma, writes Corriere dello Sport.
Džeko has repeatedly been the target of criticism in Roma and could possibly change teams. Mancini wants to take advantage of this situation and to bring back an attacker with whom he won trophies in Manchester City.
Mancini spoke with Džeko and is ready to give Icardy to Roma, but as well make money for Inter. The agreement on the transfer would include thirty-year-old Bosnian team member and 25 million euros for the 23 year-old of Argentina.
Sporting director of Roma, Walter Sabatini has admitted that Džeko “lost his place”.
