Jasmin Mešković, the President of the Association of Camp Prisoners of Bosnia and Herzegovina, said that the preparations are proceeding according to plan. Also, he adds that they expect a presence of a large number of the surviving camp prisoners, their families and other citizens and representatives of the executive and legislative authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mešković emphasizes that on this day, on the location of the Hrastova Glavica near Sanski Most, 124 camp prisoners brought from the camps in the area of Prijedor were murdered and thrown into its depths. Today, the commemoration of 124 victims will take place.
Although the ceremony was accompanied by the storm, it was attended by a large number of people who have paid their respects to the victims.
