Šemsudin Mehmedović shared the information that the Appeals Commission of the SDA rejected the appeal filed against the Decision of the Election Commission of the SDA on the rejection of the application for candidacy for the President of the SDA.
As mentioned, the decision was made by the Appellate Commission composed of Dževad Mahmutović, Safet Kešo and Sedad Dudić.
“This is a pamphlet, which does not formally and especially fundamentally meet the elementary legal norms, which they set themselves. The degree of violation of the SDA Statute, elementary legal practices, the very essence of the existence of the SDA as a political party is incredible,” said Mehmedović.
He pointed out that at the behest of Bakir Izetbegović, “lawyer Dževad Mahmutović, who caused the failure of the review of the lawsuit against Serbia for genocide, is acting again.”
“It is incredible the extent of the subservient relationship of the Appeals Commission, towards the head who sets standards that change from day to day, with one goal, that the desired leader is not threatened. In addition to the formal legal principles, the essential principles of democracy and freedom of choice have been completely ignored,” Mehmedović said.
He said that the SDA was considered a party that set standards, which were copied by others, and that today it is different and that no one else wants the SDA standards.
“He will be remembered in history as someone who usurped the SDA from the people in a very rude way, but also as someone who ignored all democratic-liberal standards for the sake of personal positions. It is almost certain that this will have far-reaching consequences for the strength, stability of the SDA, but also the future of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We will fight against dictatorship, single-mindedness, injustice and walls with democracy, freedom, justice. We will build bridges with all our friends. And we will not give up on our mission of building a better SDA. Support is growing day by day and this is just the beginning. No fear until victory! Good luck with the president for life,” Mehmedović concluded.
