Member of the BiH Presidency, Denis Bećirović, sent a letter to the President of Montenegro, Milo Đukanović, in which he thanked him for congratulating him on the occasion of his election as a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“Dear Mr. President, I warmly thank you for the warm congratulations and best wishes you sent me on the occasion of my election as a member of the BiH Presidency. We are pleased to highlight the friendly relations between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, with the spirit of good-neighborly cooperation, and openness, as we are connected by the tradition of multi-ethnic democracy and the European future.
Bosnia and Herzegovina wants to be a close neighbor that supports the development of Montenegrin society with all its values and is a reliable partner in consolidating stability in the region to which we belong.
The help of friendly Montenegro on our way to NATO is welcome and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support so far. I wish neighboring Montenegro to achieve the goal of membership in the European Union as soon as possible, it is stated in Bećirović’s letter addressed to Milo Đukanović.
