Member of the Venetian Commission dr. Ćazim Sadiković thinks that the implementation of the “Sejdić i Finci” case involes the application of one segment of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (European Commission), and said that this is about a convention that should be implemented in its entirety, shortly after the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement.
