Messi sent signed Jersey to B&H as support to Children

Messi sent signed JerseyLionel Messi, star of FC Barcelona, sent a signed jersey to be put up for auction in order to provide humanitarian aid to the hospital in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to The Statesman, jersey will be auctioned for the pediatric department of the hospital in Travnik.

Jasmina Fajkić, humanitarian activists from B&H, said on Friday that the funds raised by selling jerseys of few athletes will be used to purchase medical equipment for the department.

Fajkić contacted Messi via Catalan humanitarian activists and said that Messi offered his support as soon as he heard that the funds are being collected for children.

At the auction, which has begun on December 21 and ends January 5, jerseys of Croatian player Mateo Kovacic and Bosnian players Miralem Pjanic and Edin Dzeko will be sold.
