Forto shared the news of the announcement of scholarships for future IT students at UNSA on its official Twitter profile.
He also thanked the Minister of Higher Education, Aleksandra Nikolic, and the entire CS Government for this initiative.
”From this year, all students who enroll in the IT study program at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, or the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at UNSA will be scholarship holders of the CS Government. They are the future. Thank you to Minister Nikolic and the entire government!” Forto wrote.
He then corrected himself briefly and clarified that these students will have free study.
In order to create new opportunities for acquiring IT skills in the academic year 2018/2019, two-year professional IT study programs have been launched, which are being implemented at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Natural Sciences and Mathematics, UNSA.
According to the plan for enrolling students in the first year of professional studies at UNSA in the 2020/2021 academic year, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering accepted a maximum of 80 candidates in the field of IT.
Also at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, the same number of students could enroll in a professional IT study program, Klix.ba writes.
