On Friday, the Official Gazette of the FBiH published the decision of the newly named judge Mladen Srdić from the ranks of the Serbian people. The FBIH House of Peoples previously confirmed his election.
However, the court is still incomplete due to the fact that there is a lack of three judges, one from the ranks of the Croatian people and two from the ranks of the Bosniak peoples. For the functioning of the Council for the protection of vital national interest, this court must appoint at least one judge.
