The Indian summer (Miholjsko ljeto) continues in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), which is especially felt on the streets of Mostar, where the air temperature these days reaches 30 degrees. Citizens and tourists, who are still present even in the postseason, enjoy the warm and pleasant weather. According to meteorologists, high temperatures should last until mid-October.
The extended, or according to popular meteorology, Indiansummer lured the citizens of Mostar to the streets but also attracted local and foreign visitors to this city.
The old town is what foreign tourists are most interested in.
“I think I like the combination of minarets, I like the mix of religions, and most of all I like the people. They are very kind and hospitable,” says a visitor from Ireland.
According to the current forecasts of meteorologists, the citizens of Mostar and tourists could enjoy sunny October days and temperatures, slightly higher than in previous years, until mid-October.
It is important to note that, according to popular belief, the Indian summer is the name for a meteorological phenomenon characterized by stable weather and unusually high temperatures for this time of year, which can last until mid-November, N1 reports.
