Municipal Court completed the Process of Digitalization of Archive

The completion of the process of digitalization of archive in the Municipal Court was formally celebrated in Gorazde by handing over the system for managing of digital archive to Archive of BPK. The event was attended by officials of the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, municipal and cantonal court and the executive and legislative authorities of BPK Gorazde.

Thus, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of B&H completed its pilot implementation of Module for electronic archiving of cases in this court within the project “Consolidation and further development of the judicial information and communication system.”

The project made the work of employees much easier in the judicial institution in terms of fast search of court documents as well as quality of archiving which is one of the important steps when it comes to efficiency of the judiciary in B&H, as noted during the ceremony. 130 000 BAM worth project was realized in the period of 4 months.

Municipal Court in Gorazde is the first judicial institutions in B&H that completed this project which is also acknowledging employees of the Municipal Court in Gorazde as one of the most effective judicial institutions in B&H.
