NATO to allocate over 20 Billion Euros for military Support to Ukraine

Doorstep statement by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte ahead of the informal meeting of European Union Leaders

NATO member states have pledged more than 20 billion euros in military support to Ukraine in the
first three months, said the Alliance’s secretary General Mark Rutte.

NATO allies continue to provide support to Ukraine. In the first three months, allies have already
pledged more than 20 billion euros in security assistance for this year, and our command in
Wiesbaden continues to coordinate the delivery of security assistance and training for Ukraine.
Rutte said.

He added that security challenges are too great for any country to face them alone.
NATO foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels today and tomorrow to discuss further support for
Ukraine in its three-year war with Russia.
