New Meeting between Dodik and Putin in Russia: Two Topics for Discussion

Yuri Ushakov, Vladimir Putin’s assistant, said that the President of Russia and the President of Republika Srpska (RS), Milorad Dodik, will hold a meeting in Saint Petersburg on Thursday, June 6th, where they will discuss the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and the Resolution on the genocide in Srebrenica, which was recently adopted by the United Nations (UN) General Assembly.

“We will, of course, discuss the current political situation in BiH, the situation in the Balkans as a whole, issues related to bilateral relations.

Of course, we will also touch upon the resolution of the UN General Assembly on Srebrenica from May 23rd,” said Yuri Ushakov.

On Wednesday, June 5th, the International Economic Forum will be opened in St. Petersburg, Russia, where Milorad Dodik has also announced his arrival.
