Judge Valerija Galic was elected as the new President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina unanimously elected Galic to that position for the remaining period of the mandate of the current President Mate Tadic, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
The plenary session at which Galic was elected as the new president of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held on Sunday, August 14, and her mandate begins today.
The current president of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mata Tadic, had his mandate ended yesterday, as he turned 70 years old, until the mandate of judges of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina lasts, it was announced on the website of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
