The Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton Suad Zeljković received yesterday the new Ambassador of China to BiH Dong Chunfeng in his inaugural visit to Sarajevo Canton.
“You are my hosts and with this visit I will officially begin to get to know the cities and people in BiH’’, said the Ambassador, and thanking them for the welcome and the cooperation between Sarajevo and BIH and China.
During the discussions they mentioned the possibility of bigger cooperation on all levels with a particular emphasis on business networking and commodity financing in all areas of public lighting and public transport. The discussion would continue in a broader working visit of a delegation of the Chinese Embassy to the Canton.
Prime Minister Suad Zeljković spoke to his guest in more detail about the opportunities and interests of Sarajevo Canton, the ‘weak’ points that need to be removed, of the potentials in the area of tourism, economy and culture.
The agreements around the construction of new residential buildings of the RS China are in talks, and both sides have expressed readiness and hope that this issue would soon be resolved to mutual satisfaction, announced the Press Office of Sarajevo Canton.
