To make it according to the rules and regulations, the organizers will provide an appropriate prize for the best hat. The jury that will award the prize, will be formed on the spot and will be composed of three members from the world of fashion, art and culture, announced the Gallery Boris Smoje.
Wearing a hat is mandatory to enter this event.
