
Namely, the Labor Law (Official Gazette of FBiH, number 43/99,32/00 and 29/03) defines the right of employees to be absent from work for four working days during one calendar year for the purpose of satisfying their religious or traditional needs.
It should be taken into consideration that absence for two days is used with wage reimbursement – as paid absence, and two days as unpaid absence, confirmed the Ministry.
