OHR Welcomes Decision of BiH Council of Ministers on JMB

OHR welcomes the unanimous decision of the Council of Ministers of BiH on establishing a draft law on amendments to the unique master citizen number (JMB).

“We now expect the rapid amendment in both houses of Parliament’’, announced OHR.

OHR thinks that this would finally ensure a permanent solution to the issuance of identification number, as well as the long-awaited implementation of the judgment of the Constitutional Court of BiH.
