Orange Meteoalarm issued, Temperatures above 40°C

Due to the forthcoming heat wave, the orange Meteoalarm is issued for the entire area of B&H.

“From Thursday to Sunday, very high daily temperatures, about 32° to 38° Celsius, are expected in our country. On Friday and Saturday temperatures will go up to 40°C, and on Sunday even higher”, according to the Federal Hydrometeorological Institute of B&H.

Due to the high temperatures and UV index, an orange alert is issued for the entire territory of B&H, for the period from 16^th to 19^th of July, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
