In Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the beginning of January, 104,052 company accounts were blocked, and 56,683 companies have at least one account blocked, according to the updated list of blocked company accounts published by the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH).
The total number of blocked company accounts compared to the previous month increased by 168, and the number of companies with at least one blocked account increased by 115.
The new report, which contains 4,192 pages (six more than the last report), lists companies from all spheres of social life, from commercial enterprises, shops, hair salons, gas stations, pharmacies, surgeries, cafes and restaurants, to various agencies, cooperatives, companies. This list also includes mines, local communities, municipalities, and sports associations.
In the first report of the Central Bank of BiH, published at the beginning of November 2012, the number of blocked accounts of companies in BiH was 58,038, while 35,694 companies had at least one blocked bank account.
