Postponement of the visit will not change the good intentions of Serbia towards the citizens of B&H

“Serbia is very committed to good neighborly relationship and cooperation with countries from the region. However, the request from the member of the Presidency of B&H, Bakir Izetbegovic to Serbian President, Tomislav Nikolcć to cancel his visit, will not change the good intentions of Serbia towards B&H and its citizens,” as said in a statement of the Service for Media Cooperation of the President of Serbia.

The statement said that Serbia dedicates significant amount of attention for nurturing of quality relations with B&H, according to the Dayton Peace Agreement.

Furthermore, as a leader in the region, Serbia represents a factor of peace and stability and today’s visit to Sarajevo and meeting with members of the Presidency of B&H would be approval of these statements.
