Preparations For the First B&H Hip -Hop Musical “Promjena”

Preparations for the first B&H hip-hop musical started, which is being implemented in cooperation with the Sarajevo War Theater  and Association “Scena”. A large number of students is involved in the project. The acting team consists of Admir Šehović, Davor Golubović, Elma Juković,  Ena Kurtalić, Sanjin Arnautović, Edin Avdagić, Nina Đogo and Davor Sabo. 14 dancers and a group of musicians will join the actors in the scene as well.

The choreographer of the play is Željko Božić, who with his choreographs has won nearly hundred titles at the festivals and competitions. The organization IDO (International Dance Organization) declared him as the choreographer of the year and that is how he enter in their Hall of Fame. As a pedagogue of hip-hip he has been involved in 15 European countries. Also, he held a workshop for Mess Dance company in Sarajevo.

Adnan Hodžić and  Amar (Kapo ) Berbić have composed the music for the play, while for the texts is in charge Admir Čular Gaggo.

Admir Šljivnjak, a student of Art Academy in Sarajevo is in charge for the visual identity of the play.

Hip-hop musical in B&H is a project by Admir Crvčanin, who has done the screenplay and the direction while the project producer is
Amira Kudumović.

The premiere is scheduled on 18 April 2014, followed by the first reprise on 19 April.
