Representatives of the Ombudsman Institutions for human rights, the Committee of the Roma in the Council of Ministers, Joint Commissions for Human Rights, rights of the child, youth, immigration, asylum and ethics of the B&H Parliamentary Assembly and OSCE and EU Delegation to B&H representatives will speak on the conditions in which Roma in B&H live.
The Report is one of the results of the regional project of the OSCE/ODIHR ‘Best Practices for Roma Inclusion’, financed by the EU, with the support of OSCE member states, and implemented by the office of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR).
The aim of the report is to highlight the problems that Roma in B&H face today, and through recommendations would contribute to quality implementation of the action plans adopted and accepted international obligations.
On this occasion, a short documentary film of the OSCE Mission on the Law Against Discrimination called ‘Red Card for Discrimination’ will be shown.
