„I came to this institution when I lost my vision 100 percent. I did not kno anything about tools that the blind people use. Here I found out that there is a voice program and ith the help of my professor I learned how to use it, read books and use computer. I memorized the keys on the keyboard and now everything is available to me, just like it is to anyone else,“ Saudin says.
Saudin is an excellent athlete. He has been playing goalball for two years now. Goalball is a sport intended for blind people. It is a team sport where three players play with a specially designed ball which contains sound speckles that help the players to orientate.
„It is not an easy sport. It is played on arranged volleyball court. We play with the help of sound, and the game has strict rules. The ball can stay on our part of the court for ten seconds only, and it cannot fly. We have competed a lot and recently we have won first place in Tešanj,“ Saudin says.
Adin enrolled into university and he is studying information technologies at the International University Sarajevo, an English medium university. He recently became a scholar of BH Telecom and he signed a contract according to which he will be employed in this company after graduation. He will work on developing mobile apps.
