The fair was held between March 11 and 13 as an accompanying event to the investment forum Annual Investment Meeting 2016. Where more than three hundred participants from one hundred world countries participate. The project Buroj Ozone caused special attention, as one of the currently most significant investments in the southeastern Europe worth over 4.5 billion BAM.
Performance of the Buroj International Group company at the fair in Dubai opened a possibility for international investors to become a part of this great project by purchasing real estate in the future tourist city Buroj Ozone.
On this occasion, the Director Ismail Ahmed said: We had significant talks and announcements by large international companies that they will invest in the tourist city Buroj Ozone. At the fair we have officially confirmed the information that the construction of first facilities will begin in several weeks. Buroj Ozone is a project which gives opportunities to companies from around the world to invest in a safe area. We did everything to break the stereotype that BiH is an unsafe area for investing. We believe this fair is exceptionally successful, both from the viewpoint of our company’s interest and from the viewpoint of promoting BiH as an interesting tourist destination, open to the investor from the entire world. Our exhibition booth was visited by representatives of several levels of authority in BiH, led by the Vice-President of the Republika Srpska Ramiz Salkić and the BiH Ambassador Zoran Miličević”.
The BiH company Buroj International Group is a part of the business system Buroj Property Development from Dubai. Within the project of the Buroj Ozone tourist city, 1.000 luxury villas with pools will be built, as well as a hotel complex with congress center, a shopping mall Zayed Mall covering a million square meters, a cable care to Bjelašnica in the length of 6.500 meters, and so on. The project is being implemented with the understanding and support from institutions of BiH, and dozens of largest BiH companies are actively involved in its implementation, stated the Bosnian Media Group.
