The resolution strongly condemns the genocide in Srebrenica and every denial of the genocide.
July 11 is declared the Day of Remembrance of the Genocide in Srebrenica and condolences are expressed for all victims in wars at the territory of the former Yugoslavia, as well as for their families, and all neighboring countries are invited to continue ensuring justice and long-term support to the survivors, including those who were victims of sexual violence – it was stated in the draft of the resolution.
The draft resolution also supports the efforts in the implementation of the investigation and the processing of those charged with the genocide in Srebrenica, and they are obliged to use all available funds and mechanisms to implement investigations and process all the responsible ones.
The draft was signed by Sulejman Ugljanin, Enis Imamović, Čedomir Jovanović, Žarko Korać, Nataša Mićić, Nenad Milić, Nenad Čanak, Goran Čabradi, Olena Papuga and Nada Lazić.
