Prosecutor’s Office dismissed all Charges against Chairman Džaferović

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an order on the non-conduction of an investigation against Šefik Džaferović, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly (PA BIH), for alleged war crimes.

BiH Prosecutor’s Office dismissed all charges against Chairman Džaferović. It was pointed out that the documentation submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office “does not lead to the conclusion that there are reasonable grounds to believe that Džaferović committed any crimes.”

Prosecution has also rejected the charges against Sakib Mahmuljin, against whom abundant documentation was submitted as well.
