Lana Pudar, a swimmer from Bosnia and Herzegovina, won the title of European junior champion in the 200-meter butterfly.
The 16-year-old girl from Mostar won convincingly in the final of the race at the European Championship in Bucharest with a result of 2:08.92.
Second place was won by the Frenchwoman Tabatha Avetand with a time even 3.14 seconds worse than that of BiH. swimmers, while bronze went to the Italian Anna Porcari (+3.18).
This is Lana Pudar’s second medal at the European Championship in Romania, after she won silver in the 100-meter butterfly race.
By the end of the championship, she will have a chance for another medal, considering that in less than an hour, the semi-final race in the 50-meter butterfly is expected. In this morning’s qualifications, the best BH the swimmer won the third place and the semi-final race will be her third in a row in one day.
