Qatar Airways made its last flight on the Sarajevo-Doha route on Friday as the airline will temporarily suspend routes due to a coronavirus pandemic, Klix.ba news portal reports.
According to the airline, the flights between the two cities are scheduled to continue from May 1st, where they should operate three times a week instead of the planned four.
The first Qatar Airways flight to Doha-Sarajevo landed at Sarajevo International Airport in October 2017, and that airline has greatly facilitated travel for an increasing number of Bosnian citizens living and working in Qatar.
