qatarEmir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani declared an instrument of ratification of the Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the State of Qatar on regulating employment of BiH citizens in Qatar, writes Patria.

The agreement was signed by the foreign ministers of the two countries on 6th of April 2014 in Doha.

Since Bosnia and Herzegovina ratified the agreement earlier, only a formal act of exchange of instruments of ratification needs to be done, after which the document will be valid.

This is a very important agreement governing the employment of workers from Bosnia and Herzegovina in Qatar in accordance with relevant laws, procedures and individual work contracts. The competent authorities for the implementation of it are the Agency for Labor and Employment of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Labor of Qatar, writes Patria
