The company Universal Consulting Group became the recipient of a master franchise on the territory of Croatia, B&H, Serbia, Slovenia, Macedonia and Montenegro, announced the business portal SeeNews, and reported by franchising.hr.
It was said that with the opening of three franchise cafeterias in Sarajevo this year, the Turkish chain will start its international expansion. The opening of the first one in Sarajevo, as it was announced on the official websites of the companies, is expected on 27 February, while in April the first cafeteria is expected to open in Tuzla. During 2015, the expansion of the chain should continue in other Balkan countries. The company plans to open 30 cafeterias in the next three years, said in a statement on the official website.
Gonul Kahvesi has 54 cafeterias throughout Turkey, and 100 are expected by the end of the year. During 2012, they had revenues of 10,7 million BAM, while last year the revenue was double.
