The past 24 hours are the worst in Bosnia and Herzegovina since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. As many as 172 positive cases were reported.
Two people died, one in the Federation of BiH and one in the Republika Srpska, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.
In the Federation of BiH, 1,080 samples were tested, of which 101 were positive for COVID-19.
New cases have been registered in Tuzla, Zenica-Doboj, Central Bosnia, Herzegovina-Neretva, West Herzegovina and Sarajevo Canton.
When it comes to RS, 71 new cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in the last 24 hours.
In the Federation of BiH, 1,022 patients have recovered so far, while 845 cases positive for COVID-19 are currently active. In Republika Srpska, a total of 1,307 people have recovered from the coronavirus so far. A total of 36,102 people were tested.
