The Government of Republika Srpska has tasked the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of the Interior (MUP) with securing three million BAM in this year’s budget for the procurement of drones and anti-drone systems for the needs of the Ministry of the Interior.
This procurement, which involves modern equipment with appropriate technical specifications, will significantly contribute to the personal safety of both the citizens of Republika Srpska and the members of the Ministry of the Interior.
The acquisition of drones and anti-drone systems will also play a key role in strengthening the operational capabilities of the Ministry of the Interior’s organizational units during crisis situations, while ensuring that their equipment aligns with modern standards and the practices of police forces in the region and beyond, the Government’s Public Relations Bureau announced.
