Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Beijing today, at the Jiaoyutai State Residence, where he arrived from Tianjin, RIA Novosti reports.
The Russian President is expected to participate in Russian-Chinese talks, a trilateral meeting Russia – China – Mongolia and several bilateral meetings tomorrow.
In Beijing, Putin, as the chief guest, will also attend ceremonial events marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in World War II.
Putin previously attended the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit in Tianjin, where he spoke at the summit in the “SCO Plus” format and held a series of bilateral talks.
The Russian President arrived in China yesterday for a four-day visit.
